7. Do you have tiny white spots under your nails?

Not to worry. Those are just bruises that’ll grow out. That just happens because fingers get a lot of use!

8. Are your nails so long they get in your way?

If you’re blessed with hard nails that grow long and don’t break, it can be fun to see how long you can grow them, but that isn’t practical and doesn’t look that wonderful. Somebody once said, “If your pinkie nail is long enough to spear an olive, your nails are too long.” Sounds like a good rule of thumb (and every other finger)!

9. Are your feet on the puffy side?

Take the time to put them up for a while every day. It’s a great thing to do while reading or talking on the phone. Also, don’t sit cross-legged. That slows down the flow of blood to your legs and feet and can cause swollen ankles.

10. Do your feet, well, smell bad?

That can definitely be embarrassing! Once you’ve got some foot odor, nothing but a good wash will take it away, so prevention is best. To keep your feet stinkless, try these things:
